When you place an order
To process an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the details of what you ordered. We use this information to take payment, arrange delivery, provide aftercare, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
When you create an account
If you create an account we store your name, email address, password (encrypted) and any addresses you save. This lets you check out faster and review your order history. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and refer back to it if you contact us again about the same matter.
Payment
Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your full card details are entered directly with them and are never stored on our servers. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last digits of the card for reconciliation.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: keeping items in your basket, remembering you are signed in, and storing your cookie preferences. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Who we share your data with
We share only what is necessary, and only with parties who help us run the business: our payment provider, our shipping and courier partners, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to retain them for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for supporting you.
Your rights
